Elisa is an award-winning, classically-trained musician who seeks to bring beauty, artistry, and excellence to her performance. She graduated from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul in May 2024 with a degree in Harp Performance under the tutelage of Cathy Victorsen. Elisa added a secondary concentration in piano to her degree, studying under Dr. Richard Lange; and she also studied violin under Brittany Quinn.
Elisa’s performance experience includes being selected as a winner and performing in the Minnesota Music Teacher’s Association competition on piano, working as a piano accompanist, performing extensively as an orchestral musician, appearing as principal harpist with various local ensembles, performing in chamber ensembles, providing harp and piano music for various special events, and giving solo recitals. In the summer of 2024, Elisa became a member of the prestigious Bloomington Symphony Orchestra after appearing as a substitute performer for the 2023-2024 concert season. She continues her harp study with Kathy Kienzle, former principal harpist of the Minnesota Orchestra.
While proficient in all three instruments, Elisa’s specializes in classical harp. She loves to push the boundaries of the instrument, challenging the harp’s stereotypes by introducing her audience to a wide variety of harp music. She is an active performer in the Twin Cities area and maintains a private teaching studio.
